New Products and Solutions for the laboratory - Poulten & Graf have presented new products at ACHEMA 2009 in Frankfurt

Frankfurt, in May  2009   At  ACHEMA in Frankfurt, Poulten & Graf have presented several new products for the laboratory. Within the liquid handling range there are now four new bottle top dispensers. Changes in volumetric glassware and glass syringes have also been on show. "With the new products we followed up the suggestions of our customers and realised customers" individual wishes, Hans Graf, Managing Director of the Poulten & Graf Group, said.

The FORTUNA UNIVERSAL^® OPTIFIX^® HF is the new bottle top dispenser, which can be used with nearly all liquids - even with hydrofluoric acid. The new design of the white finger protective cap fits very well in the modern laboratory. The FORTUNA UNIVERSAL^® OPTIFIX^® HF Dispenser is available in five sizes from 1 to 100 ml.

For more safety the new OPTIFIX^® SAFETY S has been included in the product range. With its safety stopcock and additional safety valve in the ventilation tube the OPTIFIX^® SAFETY S can be used with smoking acids and other aggressive liquids.

The POLYFIX^® product range has been extended by two new models. In the future there is the POLYFIX^® Dispenser with the alternatives of a glass piston or a PTFE-coated piston and with clear glass or brown glass cylinders, in order to be able to dispense acids, caustic solutions and light sensitive liquids.

A new PVDF-burette stopcock rounds off the range of the volume measuring instruments. The removable PVDF stopcock with PTFE-key and changeable glass tip is offered as class B, A or USP VOLAC burette.

In order to be able to work with light sensitive media the 5 ml FORTUNA^® OPTIMA^® glass syringes with Luer-Lock tip are available with amber stain diffused cylinder.
