Burettes

Volac burettes are manufactured in a range of sizes from 1 ml to 100 ml capacity. All burettes now come in single packs. Four cane forms are available: Class A standard, Class B standard, Class B Schellbach and Class B dispensing burettes.

Each featuring bold figures and fine graduation lines: Class B in permanent amber stain, Class A and USP in white. All class A burettes are made of borosilicate glass and have a flange at the top for ease of filling.

All Volac burettes are produced according to BS ISO 385: 2005. Volac Class A burettes are available uncertified (suffix NC) or with a Works Accuracy Certificate (suffix WAC). All Volac Class A burettes are individually calibrated and tested at 3 points (using registered tubing), all individually numbered and fully traceable, and all show their flow time inscribed on the instrument. In  addition Works Accuracy Certificate burettes come with a certificate specifying accuracy at three points. Where glass jets are removeable, they are also inscribed with the number of the instrument for traceability.

Volac Class B burettes are available across a similar volume range to Class A.
