FORTUNA® Gas Syringes for reliable measurement of gas volume
In research and teaching, gas syringes (similar to glass syringes) are still used to measure gas volume.
The FORTUNA® syringes with amber graduation are offered in three sizes (ml 25, 50 and 100), are 100% gas-tight and have proven themselves in the chemistry lab.
Several application examples
- Analysis of air (determination of the respiratory quotient)
- Indirect Water Analysis (burning elements to determine the atomic weight)
- Quantitative gas burns (H2, CO, NH3, hydrocarbons)
- photosynthesis of hydrogen chloride
All good things come in threes
We offer the FORTUNA® syringe in three versions:
1. with capillary tube (in 25, 50 and 100 ml)
2. with straight stopcock, NS 12.5 (in 50 and 100 ml)
3. with 3-way stopcock, NS 12.5 (100 ml)
